FAQ
Questions about pricing
Do invited guests pay?
No. Only the host firm pays. Invited guests, on either side, are unlimited and free on every tier. You are billed on team seats and concurrent deals, not on the counterparties you invite.
What counts as a concurrent active deal?
A live deal room that has not been archived. Starter includes 4, Growth 10, Premier 20, and Enterprise unlimited. Once a deal closes and you archive it, it no longer counts toward your limit. Archived deals stay accessible for audit.
What are AI questions?
Each data-room Q&A turn or AI answer draft counts as one AI question against your monthly pool: 2,000 on Starter, 15,000 on Growth, 40,000 on Premier, and unlimited on Enterprise. If you reach the limit the data room keeps working; only interactive AI pauses until the next cycle or an upgrade. Document uploads still store and process.
What happens if I exceed my storage limit?
Live storage counts active and paused deals only: 25 GB on Starter, 250 GB on Growth, 750 GB on Premier, and 1 TB or more on Enterprise. New uploads stop at that cap. The data room stays available; free space by archiving or deleting, or upgrade. Archiving a deal takes it out of live storage. Closed archive is included at twice the live allowance. Closed storage above that is $30 per TB per month and is not added automatically. Starter, Growth, and Premier are not billed a live-storage overage. Enterprise extra live storage is $750 per TB per month and covers keeping the files, not downloads. We do not charge for bandwidth.
How does the AI work, and is my data private?
Every tier includes AI for document extraction and data-room Q&A. Growth, Premier, and Enterprise add our higher-accuracy Pro model. We select and manage the underlying models for you, so you do not configure or pay for them separately, and your deal data is never used to train any model.
Can I pay monthly, and can I change tiers?
Pricing is per firm. Pay month to month, or save 10% when you commit to an annual plan. The figure shown is per month; annual plans are billed once for the year at the discounted rate. Upgrade any time, prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at renewal. Enterprise terms are custom.
